Promsvyazbank says gives $6 bln of guarantees for Arctic LNG 2

MOSCOW, Dec 31 (PRIME) -- Promsvyazbank has given over U.S. $6 billion of state guarantees for the Arctic LNG 2 liquefied natural gas (LNG) project, the bank said in a statement on Thursday.

"The state guarantees were provided for loans to 15 leasing companies participating in fulfillment of the project. The money is provided for construction of LNG gas carrier vessels," the bank said.
